Targa North West promises plenty of excitement for competitors.
The opening round of the new CAMS Australian Targa Championship, Targa North West is doubled in days and length to ensure the event is worthy of Championship status.
The new revised event will see 170 kilometres of competitive distance, over 11 stages with many of these, being more than 20 kilometres long.
This event is designed to give competitors a taste of Targa Tasmania. It’s a stepping-stone to bigger things. It has a great local feel where all competitors are based in the one location and is a great weekend for the whole family.
