With a menu inspired by the land, sea and traditions that shaped the lives of the Tasman Peninsula people over 200 years ago, 1830 Restaurant reinterprets these ingredients and techniques blending them with contemporary approaches. We are again serving the best local produce that is prepared onsite by our talented chefs, led by John Churchill and served by our welcoming staff. The menu includes produce from Boomer Bay Oysters, Cascade Bay Wines, Daly Potatoes, Rannoch Farm, Premaydena Hill, Tongola Cheese, McHenry’s Distillery, Grown for Taste, Hobbit Hort and many other local businesses.
1830 Restaurant & Bar is open to the public, with no need for a site entry ticket, so don’t miss out on this unique blend of history and hospitality.
Opening hours are from 3pm for casual bar service and dinner starts from 5pm Wednesday through Sunday (Ghost Tour evenings).
Online bookings are accepted for up to 12 people.
