Lead by Hobart's Honni Cox (co-author of Pie Hard) who brings eleven years of bar experience to the Spirit Bar to showcase, taste and explore the hidden world of cocktails. This workshop teaches the essentials of cocktails, giving the skills to impress at dinner parties, get ahead on Friday night drinks and learn the tricks of the trade.
