As you drive towards Hobart, about 8km after you cross the Bridgewater Bridge, keep in the left lane of the dual-lane Brooker Hwy(A1) until you see the William Adams Tractor showroom on your left. Take the next turn left off the Highway (Large white sign - Riverfront Motel & Villas Next Left) into the access road to Riverfront Motel & Villas. Reception is at the Motel.

Follow the main highway towards Hobart. As you cross the Tasman Bridge, keep to the left hand lane and take the Glenorchy turnoff which will take you past the Botanical Gardens and loop on to the Brooker Highway (A1) going North. Then follow ?Directions From Hobart (South)?.

Follow the A1 for about 8km and pass the Showgrounds (large roundabout) and pass the Derwent Entertainment Centre (on right). Take the left turnoff when you see the large white sign saying Riverfront Motel & Villas Next Left. There is also a large green sign here saying Berriedale East Next Left. This turnoff joins on to the Main Rd - follow the small blue and yellow signs which will take you right then under the highway.
Cancellation of 24 hours or less are charged a cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice are not charged any fees.
