McHenry Distillery

Description

Located at Port Arthur, McHenry Distillery is Australia's southern-most whisky distillery.
As well the Distillery specializes in premium spirits including Gin and Vodka.
The distillery's southern location takes advantage of the cool, moist maritime environment providing perfect conditions for whisky making. The distillery uses its own abundant clear spring water that flows directly into the distillery and becomes the heart of the developing spirit.
You can visit and experience hand-made single malt Tasmanian whisky and other high quality spirits like gin, slow gin and vodka.
The McHenry Distillery have a new Cellar Door at the Distillery and are open Monday to Sunday 10am - 4pm .
If you cant make it to Port Arthur we have a weekly stall at Salamanca Market and a shop open 7 days a week at the new Brooke Street Pier on Hobart's waterfront.
