Founded by master distiller Louise Radman and winemaker Nav Singh, Institut Polaire is also the home of Süd Polaire spirits and Domaine Simha wine. Their range is available for cellar door sales and tasting experiences throughout the afternoon or walk in for wine, cocktails and dining of an evening.
